How it works
We have made the process very simple and straight forward. Please follow our 3 step process below.
SELECT YOUR SERVICE
Dogs are separated by size, breed, temperament, and energy. Small dogs are kept separate from the bigger dogs for a variety of reasons.
Morning walk: 10:30am - 11:30am - SMALL dog only
Afternoon walk: 1:30pm - 3:00pm - Energetic (bigger) dogs

GET IN TOUCH
Once you have decided on your service, simply get in touch and we will arrange an appointment.
MEETING & ONBOARDING
Once we agree on the service, we will have a face to face meeting where I will meet you and your pet at a convenient time.
We will go through some basic information about your pet and cover any questions including basic disclosure and legal stuff.
For dog walking, the process to onboard your dog is as follows:
• Initial meeting with you and your dog - approx 60-90 minutes at your home.
• Individual meeting with your dog - introducing the van with no other dogs around. Approx 15-30 minutes.
• Individual meeting with your dog - short walk, building trust as well as testing skillset. Approx 30 minutes.
• Group meeting with your dog and selected others - short walk, building on previous sessions with the introduction of other pack members. Approx 30-60 minutes.
• Full group session - your dog with the other members of the pack (this is the first chargeable session). Full session with collection / drop off either side of the agreed timeslot.
Each session will be needs a couple of days apart. This builds gradual momentum and more sincere connection with your dog.
